About Ijabat Tech Solutions

Our Story

Ijabat Tech Solutions was founded in early 2025 by Aron Lilland to help businesses access high-quality, affordable IT consulting and custom software development grounded in real-world enterprise experience.

For over a decade, Aron worked closely with the executive team of a major Southern California construction contractor, helping lead the company’s technology efforts across DevOps, feature development, and security operations. His work spanned all areas of the business, from project management systems and field operations to executive reporting and company-wide automation initiatives.

Starting in 2015, Aron began working within the company’s software division—designing and implementing business systems that streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and scaled with growth, eventually taking senior leadership of the departments operations in 2018. These solutions played a key role in helping the company expand from approximately $46 million to over $250 million in annual revenue.

In 2024, Aron also co-founded an international Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which continues to operate today. Shortly afterward, he launched Ijabat Tech Solutions to bring the same level of enterprise insight and execution to businesses across industries—combining strategic consulting with custom-built technology.

Today, Ijabat Tech Solutions partners with a trusted network of technology providers to deliver comprehensive solutions that help clients modernize, scale, and grow with confidence.
